What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number and delivery address. That is all we need to get the order to you. We do not collect payment card details, because all orders are paid in cash on delivery.

How we use it

Your details are used to prepare, deliver and follow up on your order, and to contact you if there is a problem with it. We may send you an occasional message about offers only if you have asked us to.

Website measurement

We count visits and which pages are viewed so we can improve the shop. This is anonymous: no name, email or IP address is stored, and nothing identifies you across other websites.

Who we share it with

Only the courier delivering your order, and only the information they need to reach you. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This policy is a prototype draft and should be reviewed before the site goes live.
