Placing an order

Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we contact you to arrange delivery. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or the delivery address is outside the areas we cover.

Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes. Where a sale price is shown alongside a struck-through price, the struck-through price is the price the item was previously sold at by MUSC.

Payment

Payment is cash on delivery, paid to the courier on arrival. Online card payment is not currently offered.

Cancelling

You may cancel any order before it is dispatched at no cost by messaging us. Once the courier has collected the order, our returns policy applies instead.

Product information

We describe every fragrance as accurately as we can. Scent is personal, and how a fragrance performs varies between people — a difference in how a fragrance smells on you is not a fault.
